Refund policy

Lumielle accepts returns in line with UK consumer rights.

Pre-order cancellations:
If you would like to cancel your pre-order before it has been dispatched, contact us at support@lumiellelabs.co.uk and we will review your request.

Returns:
You may cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving your product. You do not need to provide a reason for cancelling.

After cancellation, the product must be returned to Lumielle within 14 days.

Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with all included accessories, guides, and inserts.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout.

Used or damaged items:
If the item has been used, damaged, or returned incomplete, we may reduce the refund amount where permitted by law.

Faulty items:
If your product arrives faulty or develops a fault, contact us at support@lumiellelabs.co.uk with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
